I allow all around me what they want

nun sehe ich die Erfolge der anderen

as my own.

im Sinne der All Verbundenheit

in the sense of interconnectedness

being me as my own

ich selbst zu sein als mein Eigenes

as my own

was für eine Freiheit

what a freedom

ich mache nichts (!)

i dont do anything

ich erlaube - wie vor Jahren

I allow - as I did years ago

nur jetzt, nehme ich alles als Reflektion von mir selbst wahr

just now, I perceive all as reflections of myself

Zu sein ist genug

being is enough

das ist so wahr

that is so true.

Freudentränen = Glücktränen

tears of joy = tears of happyness

sind auch 'nur' Entspannung

are also 'merely' relaxation.
